Email addresses for CamSIS users are stored on the system. Addresses marked as 'preferred' are used for emails about important system news such as expected downtime or performance issues and notifications about progress of applications for changes in circumstances.

If you or a colleague are not receiving these emails and think you should be because you are users of CamSIS, your preferred address may be incorrect on the system. Please contact servicedesk@uis.cam.ac.uk to ask that your preferred email address is updated.

If you are receiving these emails but no longer use CamSIS, your local Approver needs to request that your access to the system is updated in alignment with your role (further information).
